University of Rochester's Scholars Program

Rochester Scholars offers middle and high school students a chance to experience college life for one week during the Monroe County School District's winter and spring breaks, and for one or two weeks during the summer. Students can sign up for courses in fields of medicine, business, economics, research, philosophy, engineering, writing, linguistics, computer science, and more.
Rochester Scholars classes meet for three hours a day, five days a week, with morning sessions from 9 a.m. - 12 noon, and afternoon sessions from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Rochester Scholars Jr. classes are full-day courses meeting from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., five days a week.
The Winter Session of Rochester Scholars and Rochester Scholars jr. runs February 19-23, and the Spring Session runs April 9-13.
