The Rochester Knighthawks defeated the Toronto Rock, 13-11, at Blue Cross Arena on Saturday.
Gary Gait scored four goals, including the game-winner with 5:55 remaining in regulation, to lead Rochester to their first win of the season.
Jason Henhawk and Aaron Wilson scored three goals each for Rochester, while Shawn Williams scored twice and Shawn Evans added a single. Williams also chipped in seven assists.
Pat OToole earned the win in goal with 37 saves.
Kasey Beirnes paced Toronto with four goals, and Jason Crosbie added two. Luke Wiles, Rob Marshall, Lewis Ratcliff, Scott Campbell and Stephen Hoar added singles. Bob Watson made 32 saves in the loss.
