Prostitution Sting Lands Six in Jail

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office arrested six people after they conducted a sting operation aimed at prostitution in the Victor area Friday evening. Officers targeted various motels around the area and arrested the following individuals:
Katie Simpson, 39 of Rochester - Charged with prostitution and criminal possession of a cocaine.
Michelle Peterson, 18 of Rochester - Charged with prostitution.
Tamika James, 23 of Rochester - Charged with prostitution.
Larry Zubert, 36 of Rochester NY - Charged with promoting prostitution.
David McGovern, 20 of Rochester - Charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
James Turner, 49 of Fairport - Charged with promoting prostitution.
