A furious 4th quarter rally wasn't enough for Marshall, losing at East High 70-64.
Ashton Broyld paced Marshall with 24 points. Charles Beacoats had 11.
For East, Clinton Wilson had 19 points and 2 three-pointers. Brandon Caruthers scored 16, snatched 8 boards, and had 9 assists. Jonathan Ivy had 14 points. David Brannon had a double-double, with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Marshall trailed by as much as 15 points, but were able to pull within striking distance in the 4th quarter.
