Penfield Teenager in Guarded Condition After Being Stabbed

Deputies responded to 19 Alpine Drive at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. They found 16-year-old Paul Luft in the roadway with a stab wound to his abdomen.
According to police, Luft and a friend were at a party. Luft began fighting with 18-year-old Brandon Henderson (pictured), also of Penfield. During the fight police say Henderson stabbed Luft with a knife.
Around 6 a.m. Saturday morning police found and arrested Henderson and 17-year-old Tyler Grimes (another attended at the party) in connection with the assault.
Henderson was arrainged in Penfield and charged with assault in the first degree. Luft is currently in guarded condition at Strong Hospital.
