Man Arrested With Help of K-9

Rochester Police made an arrest in a burglary with the help of a K-9 unit.
John Vogler, 32, was charged with burglary. Police found him in the basement of an apartment complex on Oxford Street. A tenant called police after hearing someone going through his belongings. The K-9 unit went through the complex and found Vogler with the property that had been missing.
