The Victor man that barricaded himself and his wife inside their home in Victor earlier this week is expected in court Thursday.

Ryan Whidden, 31, is facing weapons charges. He is accused of having a loaded handgun with no pistol permit. Whidden's wife, Nina Whidden, 45, was not injured in the nearly 12-hour standoff. Both walked out of their house peacefully after police released tear gas into the home. Whidden will be in Victor Town Court at 1 p.m.
