John Horace Released From Prison

A Rochester man whose crime made national headlines has been released from prison.

John Horace had been serving time in the Franklin Correctional Facility in northern New York. Horace was working as a physician's aide at a Brighton nursing home in 1995 when he raped a patient who was in a coma and impregnated her. It was the first time a comatose woman got pregnant and later delivered a baby. Horace served nearly 16 years. He will have to register as a level-2 sex offender.
