Irondequoit Town Board To Vote On New I-Square PILOT

The I-Square project will get a vote on its PILOT agreement from the Irondequoit Town Board Tuesday night.

Developer Mike Nolan and Irondequoit town officials agreed to a plan for a 25-year PILOT plan earlier this month. Nolan wants to bring in apartments and retail space. The project hit a few snags because the town board and Nolan could not originally come to an agreement over tax breaks.
