Meteorite Hits Russia

A meteorite fell in southern Russia early Friday in a region that borders Kazakhstan.
More than 400 people were injured. Many of those injuries came from glass shattering from the explosion of the meteor.
Russian scientists say the meteor weighed approximately 10 tons when it entered the Earth's atmosphere.
A zinc factory on the ground was also hit.
