Mitch DeRidder and Nick Boyd scored as Fairport held Pittsford to 13 shots on goal in a 2-0 win at the Sports Centre at MCC Saturday afternoon.

The win gives Fairport the top seed in the Class A sectional playoffs.

Jake Newkirk pitched the shutout for the Red Raiders, making all 13 saves.

Albie DiPasquale stopped 18 of 20 shots for Pittsford.
