By: WROC-TV
Updated: February 8, 2013
After several setbacks, it looks as though the I-Square project is again moving forward.

Developer Mike Nolan has been awarded a 25-year PILOT agreement for his proposed I-Square project in the town of Irondequoit. Assemblyman Joe Morelle met with officials from the town and the West Irondequoit School District. The project had been previously held up because of disagreements over taxes.

The town board will vote on the PILOT agreement in February 19th.
