The company has started an online petition to be given to the Monroe County legislature. Winn says moving MCC to the Kodak building will cost taxpayers $18 million more than keeping it in the Sibley Building. Winn says they can renovate and expand the campus for $57 million. That is compared to $75 million if it moved to the Kodak building. The county is expected to vote on this next week.
