RPO's 3rd Annual "Or-Kids-Tra"

To get kids interested in classical music, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra holds kids-specific events called Or-Kids-Tra.
On Super Bowl Sunday they held their third Or-Kids-Tra event of the season at the Hochstein Performance Center. It featured performances from percussion groups and award-winning beatboxer Shodekeh. Organizers say the event means just as much to performers as it does the kids.
"There is nothing like playing for a young audience. Their enthusiasm is infectious and really reminds us why we got into the business in the first place," RPO member Michael Butterman said.
