Fairport rallied from a 17-point, second half deficit to get within four, but could not come all the way back and lost 62-57 to Canisius in the RAP Classic at East High Saturday evening.
It was the second loss for the Red Raiders in less than 24 hours after starting the season 14-0. Fairport fell in double overtime at Webster Schroeder Friday night.
Eli Jones led the Red Raiders with 22 points while Brian Sortino chipped in 14.
Adam Weir topped all scorers with 24 points for Canisius.
