You might be seeing a lot of red today. That is because it is National Wear Red Day to support the American Heart Association's "Go Red For Women" movement.

The campaign looks to raise awareness about heart disease in women. More women die of heart disease than all forms of cancer combined. The city of Rochester is showing its support. City Hall is "Glowing Red." That is where heart transplant survivor Ginger Zimmerman shared her story.

"I just want to tell Rochester to seize the day, get your red on and choose life. Get out there and live and make healthier choices," Zimmerman told the women.

Ginger will be celebrating her 15th year post transplant this spring. This is the 10th year for National Wear Red Day.
