Victim of Bartlett St. Homicide Identified

Rochester Police have identified the man shot and killed on the city's southwest side Tuesday night.

Police say Karl Rumfield, 48, was shot and killed on Bartlett Street. Rumfield was dead when police arrived. Investigators say Rumfield was in some sort of dispute with some unknown parties. There are no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

Rumfield's death is the city's second homicide of 2013.
