The Greece woman facing federal charges for her role in the Christmas Eve deadly shooting in Webster may consider taking a plea.

In federal court Tuesday, Dawn Nguyen's attorney asked the judge for a two-month period to review the evidence against his client. Nguyen is accused of providing the guns William Spengler used to kill West Webster firefighters Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Koczowka. Nguyen's attorney said he is open to a plea deal, but it is too early to make a final decision.

Nguyen will return to court on April 1st.
