Kyron Allen made a 15-footer with just under a minute remaining as Aquinas came back to defeat Charlotte 62-58 on Dewey Avenue Friday night.
The Lil' Irish trailed by six after Devante Hagins sank a three pointer for the Lakesiders, but Aquinas closed the game on a 12-2 to pull out the victory.
Allen led Aquinas with 19 points. Kievonn Banks had 20 to top all scorers for Charlotte.
