Another western New York hospital has informed patients that they may have been exposed to Hepatitis B, C and HIV.

Olean General Hospital has informed more than 1,900 patients treated there between November 2009 and January 16th of this year that they may have been exposed. The same insulin pens may have been used on multiple patients during that time. Even though the needles were changed each time, some patients may be at risk. This is the same issue that was reported at Buffalo's VA hospital earlier this year, prompting a federal review.
