Rochester Looking to Public for Downtown Revitalization Ideas

The City of Rochester is looking for public imput into revitalizing the downtown area.

City officials held a citizen input meeting Wednesday night at City Hall.

They got feedback so they can come up with a new master plan for downtown and center city because the number of people who live downtown and nearby is growing.
