The Musicians' Negotiating Committee of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and the Board of Directors have come to a new collective bargaining agreement.

Details of the four-year agreement were not released. The committee says it recognizes the financial issues the orchestra is facing while trying to meet the needs of the musicians. RPO's CEO says the orchestra is experiencing a challenging time, but recent ticket sales have left the organization feeling optimistic.
