Armstrong To Publicly Address Steroid Scandal

Former cyclist Lance Armstrong says he is ready to speak candidly about the doping scandal that led to his ban from the sport.

Armstrong, who was stripped of seven Tour de France titles, plans to sit down for an interview with Oprah Winfrey at his home in Austin, Texas on Monday. He is expected to apologize and give a limited confession about using performance-enhancing drugs during his career. The interview is scheduled to air later this week.
