Police: Man Burglarized School For Copper Piping

A Rochester man is under arrest after he was caught trying to steal from a city school Thursday night.

Charles Stallworth, 50, is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Police responded to School #6 on Upper Falls Boulevard just after 11 p.m. and found Stallworth inside. He was taken into custody after a short chase. Police found him in possession of copper piping.
