Could We See A Casino in Rochester?

Part of the governor's plan in his State of the State address was to increase tourism upstate with the help of new resorts and casinos.

The question is will that include Rochester. The governor says he wants three new casinos across upstate but does not want to infringe on areas where casinos already exist. In our area, there is the Finger Lakes Racetrack and Casino and Batavia Downs. Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy says the Rochester region would be considered if it wanted to be.
