New research says consumer confidence is up.
According to numbers published by the Siena Research Institute, consumer confidence is up in every region. All areas increased 10 percent to 28 percent over a year ago. Overall confidence in the Rochester area rose to 77.8, a four point increase. Research also shows residents are more willing to spend.
