Sandusky Lawyers Hoping To Appeal Sex Abuse Conviction

Jerry Sandusky's attorneys are trying to appeal his conviction because they claim they did not have enough time to prepare for his trial. In addition, they have some concerns about the fairness of his trial. The defense lawyers asked for the hearing to the develop that issue with testimony and exhibits as they seek a new trial. Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse. He is serving his sentence at the Greene State Prison in Pennsylvania.
The judge has yet to rule on the motion.
