2013 State Of The State: Sheppard Addresses Gun Control

In opening statements of the 2013 State of the State address, Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard emphasized the need for more to be done about gun control.

Aside from the recent tragedy in Webster, the city of Rochester has seen roughly 37 homicides in 2012, most of which were due to gun violence. Watch the video to hear his full statement.
