Steed Sentenced To 25 Years To Life For Murder

A Rochester man received the maximum sentence for a murder nearly a year ago.

Raymond Steed was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for the murder of Michael Loudermilk, 61, in February. Loudermilk was found strangled inside his Plymouth Avenue apartment.
