Third Man Arrested In Late Summer Homicide

A third man has been arrested for the brutal beating death of a Rochester man back in August.

Terrell Cooper, 21, is charged with second degree murder and robbery. Rochester Police say Cooper was involved in the death of Joshua Groat, 27, who was found beaten and shot near the intersection of Lyell Avenue and Whitney Street on August 25th. Two other men, Miles Mitchell and James Hillyard, are also charged in Groat's death.
