Japanese Company Suing Kodak For Patent Infringement

It is a new year for Kodak, and now they are facing a lawsuit from a Japanese company that claims it infringed on their patents.

The lawsuit, which was filed on January 4th, Kyocera Corporation claims that Kodak infringed on 16 of their patents and has not taken responsibility for it. Kyocera develops ceramic components and implements new technology for a variety of electronic devices. The company wants a bankruptcy judge to place injunctions against Kodak and order compensation for damages.
