Updated: January 2, 2013
An Irondequoit man accused of luring and raping several women is now facing more charges in connection with more cases.

Michael Chess was arraigned on new charges of rape, menacing and robbery Wednesday. Prosecutors say he raped four women while out on bail. He met these women through the website backpage.com. Last year, Chess was charged with the rapes of three other women. The District Attorney's office plans to consolidate the two indictments.

Chess will return to court in February.
