Three Arrested For Burglary in Brighton

Three Rochester men are under arrest after police say they were caught breaking into a home in Brighton on Friday.

Jimmie Rutley, 33, Willis Knight, 24, and Jerrod Braithwaite, 27, are all charged with burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief. Brighton Police say a neighbor observed them casing and then entering an Elmwood Avenue residence. The three left the home with a large number of items. Police spotted them based on the description given to them by the neighbor. All three were captured after a brief foot chase.

Rutley, Knight and Braithwaite are being held without bail.
