Governor Andrew Cuomo, Erie County leaders and the team have come to an agreement to keep the team in western New York. The team's future was up in the air because the lease at Ralph Wilson Stadium was set to expire. There was a possibility the Bills could go elsewhere, or move to a new stadium. The Bills will have to stay for the 10 years of the lease, and if they don't they will have to pay a hefty fine of $400 million. About $130 million will be spend to renovate Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Bills will contribute $35 million to that.
