A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty to sending death threats via e-mail to the CEO and President of Wegmans.

Hans Ni sent the death threats in July of last year.  Ni is a former Wegmans employee.  He used a fake e-mail account with the name of his former supervisor at Wegmans to send the e-mails.

Ni said he never intended to hurt anyone, but was trying to get the person he impersonated in the e-mails in trouble.

Ni has been sentenced to five years probation.
