A former New York State Trooper suspended for his alleged involvement in a prostitution ring has pleaded guilty to his charges.

Our Buffalo affiliate, WIVB-TV, reports that Titus Taggart, 42, pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution in court Monday. Taggart will be sentenced in March. He faces 12 months behind bars.
