Rochester Pair Arrested For Sex Trafficking

Two people are facing federal charges for sex trafficking.
The U.S. Attorney's office says Otis Willis, 30, and Tiffany St. Denis, 23, prostituted at least two underage girls using Backpage.com. The pair took girls to various locations, including hotels in both Rochester and Buffalo. One victim told investigators that Willis raped and beat her and held her against her will. Both Willis and St. Denis face a minimum of ten years in prison if convicted.
