There was some movement in the fiscal cliff negotiations over the weekend.
Sources say House Speaker John Boehner's latest proposal includes new taxes on people making more than $1 million per year. That is the first time he hax expressed a willingness to impose new taxes on the wealthy. In return, the Speaker is looking for more than $1 trillion in cuts to benefit programs such as Medicare.
