City Begins Crow Removal Project

The city of Rochester and U.S. Department of Agriculture's Wildlife Services are taking on a public nuisance: 20 t0 30,000 crows roosted downtown.
They are working to scare the crows away. Teams will use pyrotechnics, spotlights and lasers to disperse the crows. The methods will not harm the birds. The program will start around 5 p.m. and last until Wednesday night.
