Geneva Man Charged with Murder in Death of Elderly Man

Geneva Police arrested a suspect they say hit and killed an elderly man.

44-year-old Michael Foulkrod is accused of assaulting a woman on South Main Street in Geneva. When he jumped into his car and tried to get away, he hit a 77-year-old man on the sidewalk. Based on the information provided by witnesses and the assistance of other police agencies, Foulkrod was found, arrested, and charged with murder.
