Donte Caruthers poured in 26 points, handed out ten assists and ripped five steals as East narrowly beat Wilson 52-48 on Culver Avenue Friday evening.

Khalil Hancock was almost as active with ten points, 14 rebounds and eight blocks for the Orientals.

Akinlowan Robinson paced the Wildcats with 20 points.
