Fedex Being Sued For Overcharging

A lawsuit against Fedex accuses the delivery giant of overcharging business customers over the past five years or longer.
The Wall Street Journal reports recently unsealed documents show an employee suspected the company of "systematically overcharging." The employee also claims the company took no action to address the problem. The lawsuit contends Fedex charged business customers residential delivery surcharges, and that the company did not correct the problem even after it was brought management's attention.
In response to the journal report, a Fedex spokeswoman said the documents don't tell the entire story.
