Brighton Teen Indicted For School Bus Crash

The Brighton teen involved in a serious bus crash in October has been indicted by a grand jury.

John Zakhary, 16, is charged with assault, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and failure to stop at a stop sign. Police say he was behind the wheel of a car that crashed into a school bus on Warren Avenue. Three other teens were inside Zakhary's vehicle. One of them is undergoing intense therapy. He will be arraigned in the coming days.
