There are two major votes taking place Tuesday night at Monroe County legislative chambers.

The legislature will consider a $28 million bond approval for MCC to relocate from the Sibley building to the Kodak building on State Street. In addition, there will be a vote on the proposed 2013 county budget, which includes what Democrats have called the "snow tax." Democrats say charging homeowners for snow removal on county roads is a tax, despite County Executive Maggie Brooks says there are no new taxes in the proposed budget.

We will have the results of the vote on News 8 at 11 and our sister station, Fox Rochester.
