The administrators at Klem Road North and South Schools promised their students if they promoted good behavior, they would spend the day on the roof. They kept track of good behavior with "care cash." Students earned nearly $17,000 in care cash since the beginning of the year.
"The kids were really animated, really excited about us being freezing cold, up on the roof in December," assistant principal Laura Ballou said.
Seems like an unusual day for the principals, but it was business as usual. They interacted with classes and each other by video-chatting.
