Supreme Court To Hear Two Cases On Same-Sex Marriage

The U.S. Supreme Court will take up California's ban on same-sex marriage.

This could give the court the chance to finally rule whether gay Americans have the same constitutional right to marry as heterosexuals. The court will hear two same-sex marriage cases in March, and have a decision by June.
