Jobs Added Nationwide in November, Unemployment Down

Some surprising numbers from the U.S. Department of Labor.

The U.S. economy added 146,000 jobs in November and the unemployment rate fell to 7.7 percent. That is the lowest since December 2008. Many expected superstorm Sandy's economic disruptions to hurt job growth. The storm did prevent thousands of people from getting to work, but they were still counted as employed.
