City Unveils New Plans For Midtown Tower

The City of Rochester is moving forward with plans to develop the old Midtown Tower in Rochester. 

Rochester Mayor Tom Richards has announced that Buckingham Properties and Morgan Management have formed the new partnership.

The $55-million-dollar project will create between 160 and 182 rental housing units and three to five stories of commercial space. 

Richards says today's announcement will help move the city towards a more exciting and vibrant future.  He couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. 

The city also unveiled two web pages on the city's website as a way to help demonstrate some of the city's other transformation projects.
