A trial date has been set for a man charged with manslaughter in the death of a young Rochester boy.

James Bradley is charged with manslaughter, reckless driving and DUI. Police say Bradley was high on marijuana when he drove off the road and onto a field at School #33 on Webster Avenue back in May of last year. Sahmir Williams, 7, was playing kickball on the field when he was struck and killed. Another student was injured in the crash.

Bradley's trial will begin in February.
