Meth Lab Discovered in Steuben Co.

Two people are under arrest in Steuben County, accused of running a meth lab.
Police were called to a home on Lindley Road in the town of Lindley for a woman requesting assistance. When they arrived, they discovered the working lab. Neighbors were evacuated from their homes until the lab was secured. Brian Smith, 45, and Collette Smith, 43, were arrested and charged with a number of crimes, including unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a child. A 12-year-old was in the home when police got there. Both remain in the Steuben County Jail.
